Maxisil A Ceramic Silicone is designed especially for expansion joints for use in all sanitary areas, ceramic tiles in bathrooms, kitchens and flooring sectors.

Can be used for interior and exterior areas
Built in fungicides for mould resistance and can be used for both exterior and interior areas
Excellent weather ability, resistant to ageing, UV radiation and is resistant to chemicals and temperature
Primerless adhesion to clean, dry surfaces such as ceramics, glass, acrylics, aluminium, painted wood with very good tooling and smoothing properties
Maxisil A Ceramic Silicone is an acid cure silicone recommended for all ceramic tiled areas

ARDEX SE SILICON
ARDEX SE is an acetoxy curing silicone for applications such as movement joints (between tiles), internal corners (tiled wall and floor) and connecting joints between tiled surface and benchtops, bath edges, cupboards, splashbacks.
Flexible sealant (up to 25% movement)
Waterproof – suitable for use in showers
UV resistant – suitable for internal and external use
Contains mould inhibitors
Easy to use and smooth off
Suitability:
ARDEX SE bonds well to ceramic tiles, glass, enamel, anodized aluminium, granite, porcelain, laminated bench tops and sanitary acrylics.
(Not recommended for other natural stones, e.g. marble, travertine and limestones)
